If you're finding that it's not scraping the wax out like you expected, no need to worry! The first few uses actually soften the wax, and it takes a little time to see its full effectiveness. We recommend using it consistently for a few weeks to really see the results.

The silicone tip is intentionally soft to prevent any damage to your ear canal. Using a too-hard ear wax cleaner can actually make the problem worse! That's why we made sure the Tvidler spiral tip was made from high-quality, gentle silicone. So keep using it, and you'll see those ears feeling squeaky clean in no time!
